Shipping policy

We deliver ourselves, once a week, in Vaughan (Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg and Concord, postal codes starting L4L, L4H, L4J, L4K and L6A). We don't ship by courier.

Home orders have a 5-pack minimum, and the delivery fee is shown at checkout. After you order, we'll email you the delivery day and time window.

Please have someone home to receive your order. If you tell us it's okay, we can leave it at your door in an insulated bag. Otherwise we'll rebook for the next delivery evening.

Our bases arrive fresh. Refrigerate and use within 2 to 3 days, or freeze.

Restaurants and wholesale accounts: delivery is arranged directly with your account.
